The brand Shivanjali was established on 7th June 1991 by a young enthusiast
Govind Eknath Kokate with a vision to start a business with limited capital in an area where food outlets were not available. Shivanjali Restaurant is the First Brand on Pashan-Sus Road, Pune. Shivanjali started with Maharashtrian snacks serving regular Maharashtrian snacks then after every 5 years the brand got upgraded from a vegetarian mess to South Indian & Non-Veg hotel and in 2004 Hotel Shivanjali Restaurant & Bar was established.
